Our Story
We are Kyle and Amanda Cupp. We are a dynamic husband/wife team who offer a true boutique real estate experience. What exactly does that mean? We have bought and sold several homes before becoming REALTORS. We carefully evaluated our experiences and came to the conclusion that there was so much opportunity to redefine the industry, do things differently and better. After defining our mission, we decided we would organically grow our business by purely connecting with like-minded people in our community that need our help and want to work with US. Part of that boutique experience is intentionally staying small. We want to be the ones that are handling each step of your transaction from start to finish and not passing you off to other team members. We are our brand and personal relationships are the core of our business model. Deciding not to build a large real estate team and working directly with our clients ensures we maintain our brand standards. We have a unique and personalized approach for each client that makes buying, selling and investing in real estate a fun + easy experience!
We can tell you that we have strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, extensive experience in marketing, advertising, the financial world and so forth – and of course, we do – but one thing we want to share with you, the thing that is the most important tool we can provide you in your home purchase or sale is our passion for this business. We didn’t get into the industry to strictly make money, we got into the industry because we fell in love with it. We fell in love with homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people we get to work with.
