When we founded Diamond Roofing LLC in 2017, we built its ethos on four values: Quality, Integrity, Urgency, and Experience. Our vision is to provide Northwest Arkansas with a residential roofing service that is about more than roofs: it's about people.
Meet the founders of Diamond Roofing: Chris Dagley (roofing guru) and Alicia Dagley (Chris' daughter-in-law and guru of everything else). Our combination of Chris' roofing, construction, and insurance experience and Alicia's accounting, organization, and creativity makes for a well-rounded team with a knack for solving challenges and a passion for service.
We know well the stress of dealing with a leaky roof; we know how important it is to call on a company who will show up quickly to assess damage or an issue. We've listened to our clients, and we know what you value: a sense of urgency to roofing calls, honest contractors you can trust, and high-quality work delivered efficiently. Chris Dagley
With over 30 years of roofing and construction experience, Chris is a local expert in the roofing industry. In addition, Chris has a background in insurance adjustment, allowing him to work with customers’ insurance claims with ease and extensive knowledge. Chris prides himself on providing an honest estimate and a trustworthy, efficient plan that best suits the client's needs.
Alicia Dagley
Alicia manages the administrative duties of Diamond Roofing, utilizing her banking and non-profit treasury experience to manage an organized and efficient office. She also creates marketing content and keeps the company connected through social media. On the blog, Alicia offers valuable roofing tips and tricks, along with sharing progress reports from Diamond Roofing's residential projects.
